Full-Time Professor in Management and Leadership

What will you do? The main challenge is to contribute in core areas and in the development of competencies for an LAE (Business Administration Graduate), such as forecasting and strategic planning, as well as proposing agile and flexible models that align with the institution’s objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Ph.D. in the area of Administration, Strategy, or Business Innovation/Transformation (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in the area of Administration, Strategy, Family Business, Innovation, or Business Transformation
• Advanced English: TOEFL IBT 72 B2 / 95 C1. TOEFL ITP 543 B2 / 620 C1 (mandatory. If you proceed without evidence, an evaluator will be assigned)
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry
• Experience abroad, either academic and/or professional
