Program Director of Marketing

Location: Mexico City Campus

What will you do?

You will be a key figure in guiding students in their decisions and academic journey during the focus and specialization stages of their chosen program. You will lead their academic experience, provide follow-up and support, manage and promote the appropriate development of their competencies, and assist in connecting them with academic activities and experiences that strengthen their graduate profile.

Your main challenges will be:

1. Lead and manage the Bachelor's Degree in Marketing program, ensuring its quality and relevance in the job market.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the program.

3. Coordinate and oversee academic activities, student performance assessment, and prospect attraction for the program.

4. Promote innovation within the program by encouraging collaboration between faculty and students.

5. Establish and maintain relationships with companies and organizations in the industry to ensure the program's relevance and applicability in the job market.

6. Meet the KPIs set by the Division Director, Regional Dean, and National Program Director (DNP).

What are we looking for?

• PhD in Marketing (preferred)

• Master’s degree in Marketing

• At least 7 years of experience in your area of expertise

• Desirable experience teaching related courses

• Advanced English proficiency
