1. What will you do? 

As Full-time Professor you will join one of the leading higher education institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the top universities worldwide and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.

This position responds to the need to strengthen student education within the Sustainable Technologies and Civil Engineering department by connecting academic learning with society’s evolving needs and transforming the learning experience into one that is closely connected to the realities of the professional world.

From this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of the academic faculty, and the institutional positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey at both national and international levels, through an academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.

2. How will you do it?

Your main challenges will include:

• Designing and delivering rigorous and challenging learning experiences aligned with international standards of academic excellence.
• Strengthening and continuously updating the program in Sustainable Technologies and Civil Engineering program, contributing to its academic differentiation.
• Generating impact through research, external engagement, or relevant academic production.
• Collaborating strategically with the academic faculty to consolidate the School’s institutional positioning

3. What are we looking for?

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher education level in engineering.
• Experience in process optimization, logistics, analytics, or operations management.
• Experience participating in applied research projects or industrial consulting is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with companies or participating in process improvement projects.
• Minimum English proficiency of B2 or a TOEFL score of 550.
• Experience in data analytics, simulation, or optimization tools is preferred.
