What will you do?

As a Program Director, you will be a key figure guiding students in their academic decisions and trajectory during the focus and specialization stages of their chosen program. You will lead the academic experience, provide follow-up, manage and promote the proper development of competencies, and support their involvement in academic activities and experiences that strengthen their graduate profile. 

Your main challenges will be:

• Support the entry of new students: provide guidance in program and structure selection, attend requests for entry changes, and ensure their academic and social integration.
• Guide planning and enrollment processes: advise students in the selection of UFs from their first enrollment through the definition of their focus, reinforcing self-management; ensure accurate and complete enrollment; collaborate in generating group demand with other areas.
• Enhance the academic experience: monitor progress in the study plan, competencies, graduation requirements, and academic distinctions; ensure the transition from exploration to focus; support specialization decisions (concentrations, professional internships, international programs).
• Promote internationalization and academic distinctions: advise, authorize, and follow up on international experiences, as well as encourage participation in diplomas, micro-credentials, and institutional recognitions.
• Foster disciplinary academic life: lead and motivate students to participate in academic and extracurricular activities such as congresses, symposiums, competitions, academic trips, and student groups, in collaboration with different areas.
• Act as a communication bridge with families: address parents’ questions and concerns regarding academic matters, strengthening trust in the educational process.
• Participate in strategic projects: support special initiatives of the School or national programs (accreditations, pilots, scholarships, recognitions), contributing to institutional growth and positioning.
• Represent and celebrate student achievements: participate in academic ceremonies and be actively involved in milestones that mark students’ academic journey.

What are we looking for?

• Mandatory: Graduate degree related to Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related disciplinary areas.
• Preferred: Training in mentoring, coaching, or related skills.
• Languages: Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
