Research Director - Conscious Enterprise Center

The Conscious Enterprise Center invites applications for the Research Director position. The role would be accountable of the leadership of research programs, assurance of research resources and infrastructure, as well as collaboration with professors and instances that benefit learning.

The successful candidates will also be expected to conduct research and contribute to the service requirements of the department, school, and the community.

General Requirements:

●    Ph.D. in Business Administration/Management/Finance/Economics from an AACSB accredited doctoral program.
●    Advanced English Level (C1)
●    Academic and research experience in areas such as: Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Conscious Leadership, Conscious Capitalism, B Corp, Positive Workplace Culture, Corporate governance.
●    Commitment to high quality teaching
●    Publications in refereed journals or a well-developed research agenda with the potential for sustained publications in high quality journals.
●    Participation in the professional, academic, and social environment.
