In this position, the main goal is to carry out the planning and definition of departmental strategies to achieve the department’s objectives based on the respective strategies and priorities of your department, school, or division, and those of Tecnológico de Monterrey. You will implement and monitor the execution of programs and projects defined through this process.

This opportunity is for you if:

• Hold a PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related field involving Technological/Business Innovation (systems, operations research/management, quality, manufacturing, production, data analytics, logistics, or similar).
• Have an advanced English proficiency (with a minimum B2 level or 600 points on the TOEFL).
• Have at least 3 years of teaching experience or experience in research projects, educational innovation, consulting, or development of industrial or administrative systems, processes, or products.
