What will you do?
You will lead the academic experience of our students, inspiring their integral development and connecting them with opportunities that strengthen their graduation profile. You will be a guide, mentor, and bridge toward a future filled with purpose and transformation.
Your main challenges will be:
- Inspire academic journeys: Guide students in choosing programs, concentrations, and UFs, while supporting program changes and ensuring the successful integration of new talent.
- Transform student self‑management: Lead academic planning from enrollment to graduation, guaranteeing accurate processes and fostering autonomy at every stage.
- Connect with the institution: Collaborate with directors and departments to generate strategic insights that strengthen academic operations and drive excellence.
- Expand global horizons: Promote international experiences, professional internships, and specialization programs that enrich students’ global profile and future opportunities.
- Celebrate achievements and community: Encourage participation in distinctions, competitions, and academic ceremonies, while addressing families’ concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Ensure academic excellence: Lead accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of quality and reinforce the program’s prestige.
What are we looking for?
An academic leader with a global vision, passion for education, and commitment to transforming lives.
- Doctorate in Computer Systems, Computational Technologies, or a related postgraduate degree.
- Experience in Software Development, Cybersecurity, Databases, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Architecture, and IT Project Management.
- International background: graduate from a Top200 QS‑ranked university or professional experience abroad.
- Experience in the technology industry and high‑impact projects.
