The Strategy and Leadership positions at the EGADE Business School invites applications for full-time positions at any level (from assistant to full). Candidates are expected to teach at a graduate level. The successful candidates will also be expected to conduct research and contribute to the service requirements of the department, school, and the community.

We seek a Full-time professor expert in the following areas:

1. Business development and digital transformation.
2. Innovation in business models.
3. The customer experience in services.
4. Service-led organizations.

General Requirements

• Ph.D. in Business Administration from an AACSB-accredited doctoral program with emphasis in any of the above listed areas.
• Publications in refereed journals or a well-developed research agenda with the potential for sustained publications in high quality journals.
• Interest in supervising Ph.D. students in the areas of business and management.
• Professional work experience in Business Industry (desirable).
• Commitment to high quality teaching as evidenced by student evaluations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Participation in the professional, academic, and social environment.
