What will you do?
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Business field, focusing on developing solutions with the institutional quality standards set by the university. You will create spaces for students to actively and responsibly engage in their learning process. Additionally, you will support student projects and assigned research/consulting initiatives within the Marketing Department.
Your responsibilities include:
- Teaching undergraduate courses while adhering to academic quality standards and the Tec 21 Educational Model, ensuring compliance with academic and administrative regulations.
- Staying proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and enhance student learning.
- Developing and supporting the department's strategic projects in consulting, student engagement, and business partnerships to strengthen the positioning of the department’s programs.
- Participating in committees, academic groups, or projects at the departmental, divisional, campus, or system level as needed, while actively collaborating with colleagues.
Your main challenges:
- Impacting undergraduate and graduate students with course evaluations (ECOAS) above 9.0.
- Conducting relevant research aligned with the objectives of the Marketing Department.
- Engaging in projects with strategic partners within the Regional Marketing Department.
- Participating in the Marketing Department’s initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- A strong background in data intelligence or data analysis applied to Marketing.
- Experience teaching related subjects.
- Industry experience in data analysis or a related field.
