1. What will you do?

As a Full-Time Faculty Member in Mechatronics, you will join one of the leading educational institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the world’s top universities and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of our academic community, and the national and international positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey through academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.

2. How will you do it?

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and deliver rigorous and challenging learning experiences aligned with international standards of academic excellence.
• Strengthen and continuously update the Mechatronics program, contributing to its academic differentiation and excellence.
• Generate impact through research, industry and community engagement, and/or relevant academic contributions.
• Collaborate strategically with faculty members to strengthen the School’s academic positioning and impact.

3. What are we looking for?

• Ph.D. in Automation and Robotics Engineering.
• University-level teaching experience, including teaching undergraduate/professional-level courses.
• Recent publications as first author in Q1 and/or Q2 journals (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in research projects, educational innovation, consulting, or information systems development (preferred).
• Industry experience in mechatronic systems integration, automation, robotics, and/or artificial vision (preferred).
• Fluency in English, particularly in technical and professional contexts.
