Full-Time English Language Professor

What Will You Do?

We are looking for a full-time professor for the Department of Languages to strengthen the faculty, expand the General Education offerings, and ensure the quality of English language teaching at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching language, literature, culture, and communication courses with high-quality standards.
• Supporting the department’s administrative management, maintaining contact with students, parents, and other faculty members.
• Participating in or leading cultural events and projects within the School of Humanities and Education.
• We seek a professional committed to academic excellence and passionate about contributing to the department's growth.

What Are We Looking For?

• A postgraduate degree in: Linguistics; Education; Teaching English as a Second Language; Linguistics, English Language and Literature; or Foreign Language Teaching.
• A verifiable C1 level of English.
• Experience in teaching English as a foreign language or general linguistics.
• Experience in academic administrative management.
• Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• The ability to effectively manage groups, fostering a participatory and disciplined learning environment.
• A passion for teamwork, proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for new technologies, and adaptability to change.
