1. What will you do?

As a Program Director, you will join one of the leading higher education institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the world’s top universities and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.

 

This position responds to the need to strengthen the academic training and disciplinary development of the Computer Science and Technologies program, with the goal of consolidating its academic quality, professional relevance, and international projection within the School of Engineering and Sciences.

 

In this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of the academic community, and the institutional positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey at both national and international levels, through an academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.

 

2. How will you do it?

Your main responsibilities and challenges will include:

  • Designing and delivering rigorous, engaging learning experiences in Computer Science and Technologies, aligned with international standards of academic excellence.
  • Strengthening and evolving the Computer Science and Technologies program by integrating cutting-edge approaches, disciplinary innovation, and emerging industry trends.
  • Driving impact through research projects, industry collaboration, and relevant academic contributions.
  • Collaborating strategically with the academic community to advance initiatives that reinforce the School’s academic consolidation and institutional positioning.

 

3. What are we looking for?

  • Master’s and/or Doctoral degree in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Computational Infrastructure, or Computer Science. or related disciplines, preferably obtained from internationally recognized institutions.
  • Proven teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
  • A strong track record in research, professional practice, academic production, or industry engagement.
  • Ability to teach courses in English (advanced proficiency or equivalent).
  • Experience in international academic environments (desirable).
