1. What will you do? 

As Division Director, you will join one of the leading higher education institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the top universities worldwide and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.

This position responds to the need for position Tecnológico de Monterrey as the leading university in the Spanish-speaking world by attracting top talent—both faculty and students—through our high-standard programs, continuous innovation, and strong engagement in generating public value., with the goal of strengthening the School of Medicine and Health Sciences Academic Programs. From this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of the academic faculty, and the institutional positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey at both national and international levels, through an academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.

2. How will you do it?
In this position, your main challenge will be to act as a leader in guiding students during their exploration stage, facilitating their learning and supporting the development of expected competencies.

3. What are we looking for?

• You are a Medical Doctor with a specialty or postgraduate degree in areas related to basic sciences or health sciences.
• You have at least 2 years of professional or teaching experience in the healthcare field.
• Your English proficiency is advanced (equivalent to C1).
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build engagement and communicate effectively.
