1. What will you do?
As Program Director of ITC (Computer Technologies Engineering), you will join one of the leading educational institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the best universities worldwide, recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international reach.
This position arises from the need to support the positioning of academic programs within the Department of Computing at the School of Engineering and Sciences, Campus Santa Fe. On one hand, by supporting student recruitment processes from high school to undergraduate, and on the other, by contributing to the planning and execution of strategic processes and projects for undergraduate students at the EIC.
2. How will you do it?
Your main challenges will be:
- Supporting leadership, mediation, and communication activities to strengthen the school’s positioning at Campus Monterrey.
- Assisting in the management of logistics and communication aspects of school events in Monterrey.
- Following up and implementing recruitment activities (visits, talks, etc.), supporting events that recreate experiences of the educational model.
- Organizing and executing all flagship events of the EIC.
- Coordinating school visits and trips involving directors, professors, and collaborators.
- Participating in the definition and execution of new strategies to attract top academic talent to the school.
- Supporting leadership and mediation of Engineering Groups (Insignia).
- Coordinating activities of Entry Directors for students in exploration stages (enrollment, key indicator reports, ensuring quality student services, etc.).
- Advising on the choice of Entry and its structure.
- Supporting planning and enrollment processes.
- Guiding and monitoring the student’s academic experience: program choice, study plan progress, academic transitions from exploration to focus, promoting international experiences, academic ceremonies, etc.
- Participating in student recruitment events and activities for the School of Engineering and Sciences.
- Supporting initial student follow-up activities, such as Hitec.
- Providing guidance and monitoring during the exploration stage (in collaboration with Student Success Mentors and other stakeholders).
3. What are we looking for?
- PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and/or Data Analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level or 600 TOEFL points).
- International experience.
- Strong communication skills with students.
- Teaching experience.
