How will you do it?

Your Main Challenges:

  • Recruitment & Positioning: Define and execute new strategies to attract top academic talent; participate in recruitment activities for the School of Engineering and Sciences, and implement promotional activities such as school visits and educational experience talks.
  • Event & Initiative Management: Organize and execute all flagship events for the EIC, coordinate the logistics of travel and visits for directors and faculty members, and support the school’s communication and positioning initiatives.
  • Student Mentorship & Experience: Guide and monitor students during their exploration stage (in collaboration with Student Success Mentors), advise on the academic pathway structure, and participate in onboarding events (e.g., Hitec).
  • Academic Administration & Engagement: Coordinate student enrollment, academic planning, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting; guarantee high-quality service, guide the student's transition from the exploration to the focus stage, promote international experiences, and lead academic ceremonies.
  • Group Leadership: Support the management, mediation, and development of Flagship Engineering Groups (Grupos Insignia).
