Director of Entry and IMT Program

As the Director of Entry, you will be a key figure in guiding students in their academic decisions during the exploration stage of their Entry, providing follow-up, managing, and promoting the proper development of their competencies and encouraging their participation in academic activities aligned with the profile they wish to develop.

This opportunity is for you if:

• You hold a Ph.D. in Mechanics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• You have experience in laboratories.
• You have at least 2 years of teaching experience in related subjects.
• You have advanced English proficiency (B2 or 550+ TOEFL score).
• You have experience in academic administrative processes (preferred).
• You have experience in leadership and group management.
• You have skills and experience in innovation and change management.
• You have experience in academic administration, preferably at Tecnológico de Monterrey (preferred).
