EGADE Business School invites applications EGADE Business School invites applications for an 18-month, full-time Postdoctoral Researcher in Business & Society with an emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, business ethics, and social innovation. The Postdoc will work closely with Dr. Bryan W. Husted, Professor of Professor at the Department of Strategy and Leadership, contributing to ongoing and new research at the intersection of strategy, leadership, public health, and social value creation in Mexico and Latin America.

Your main challenges will be:
Co-author high-impact research with Dr. Husted on CSR/sustainability, business ethics, stakeholder management, and related topics (e.g., Social value creation, CSR, International Business).

• Design and execute studies (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods): data collection, archival datasets, field/survey work, experiments, and advanced analytics.
• Develop proposals and support fundraising for research projects; manage Research Assistant(s) workflows and research compliance.
• Disseminate findings via manuscripts, conferences, seminars, and practitioner outlets.
• Optional teaching/mentoring (subject to interest and program needs).

What are we looking for?
PhD (completed by January 2026) in Management, Business, Economics, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields.

• Demonstrated research interest in CSR/sustainability, business ethics, international business, or adjacent areas; a record of working papers or publications is preferred.
• Strong empirical/theoretical skills (e.g., R, Stata, or Python; machine learning; RCTS; hypothesis testing; qualitative coding).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus for fieldwork and local collaboration.
