1. What will you do?

As Postdoctoral research, you will develop scientific research that examines family, generational, and ownership perspectives within the business family, leading to sustainability and continuity

2. How will you do it?

Your main challenges will include:

• Preparing datasets
• Conduct data analysis
• Draft papers for journal submission
• Present papers in research seminars, labs and
• Refine data sets with institutional data

3. What are we looking for?

• PhD in Business Administration, Economy, Organizational development or Maester in Business.
• Experience in data analytics (R, Payton).
