The Finance and Economics Department at EGADE Business School invites applications for full-time faculty positions at any rank (Associate, or Full Professor). Candidates will be expected to teach at the graduate level. Successful applicants will also conduct high-quality research and contribute to the service activities of the department, the School, and the broader community.

We are seeking two full-time professors with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

General Requirements

• Ph.D. in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics from an AACSB-accredited doctoral program, with specialization in one of the areas listed above.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals, or a well-developed research agenda with strong potential for sustained publication in high-quality academic journals.
• Interest in supervising Ph.D. students in business and finance.
• Professional experience in the business or financial industry (desirable).
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality teaching, as evidenced by student evaluations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.  Be proficient in Spanish is a plus but not an impediment.
• Active engagement in professional, academic, and social environments.
