1. What will you do?
As Full time Professor in International Business, you will join one of the leading higher education institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the top universities worldwide and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.
This position responds to the need for to contribute to the development of students' competencies by guiding them in the design of international business strategies, as well as in leadership and the agile transformation of organizations, with the goal of strengthening Interational Business department within the Business School at Tecnologico de Monterrey
From this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of the academic faculty, and the institutional positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey at both national and international levels, through an academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.
2. How will you do it?
Your main challenges will include:
- Designing and delivering rigorous and challenging learning experiences aligned with international standards of academic excellence.
- Strengthening and continuously updating the program in International Business, contributing to its academic differentiation.
- Generating impact through research, external engagement, or relevant academic production.
- Collaborating strategically with the academic faculty to consolidate the School’s institutional positioning.
3. What are we looking for?
- PhD in International Business or Business Administration.
- Master's degree in international logistics, supply chain, customs, import-export, and customs, or related to International Business.
- Advanced English: C1 CEFR level = 600 + TOEFL.
- Proven training and experience in: Foreign Trade, Customs Legislation, International Logistics, and the Legal Framework of International Trade.
- Ideally, with expertise in tariff classification, trade agreements and treaties, customs procedures, import and export operations, international logistics and transportation, as well as the Mexican and international regulatory framework that affects global value chains.
- Teaching or professional experience in the customs and logistics field is desirable, along with the ability to connect practical experience with the development of global competencies in students.
- International experience, either professional or academic.
