1. What will you do?

As Business Professor you will join one of the leading higher education institutions in Latin America, consistently ranked among the top universities worldwide and recognized for its academic excellence, educational innovation, and international outlook.

This position arises as a response to the need for a guiding professor who, through their energy, knowledge, and empathy, during the exploration stage, connects with students, motivating them and helping them adapt to the academic and cultural rhythm of the university, in addition to contributing to the processes of attracting and retaining students, with the aim of strengthening the Business Faculty.

From this role, you will contribute to the development of highly competitive students, the strengthening of the academic faculty, and the institutional positioning of Tecnológico de Monterrey at both national and international levels, through an academic practice aligned with global standards of quality, impact, and relevance.

2. How will you do it?

Your main challenges will include:

• Teach classes at an exceptional level of excellence during the exploratory phase, in C1 level English.
• Participate in student talent attraction activities for PrepaTec and external high schools.
• Contribute to student retention activities during the exploratory phase.
• Be an inspirational professor in the local and national business field.

3. What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
• Ability to teach courses in English (advanced proficiency or equivalent).
