The Mentor within Writing Lab at Tecnológico de Monterrey is in charge of producing high quality journal articles along with our professor from different disciplines. As a Mentor you will have the opportunity to expand your abilities in nurturing researcher and in helping faculty members to become strong independent academic authors.

The core challenges of this position are:

• Expanding a strong network of national and international collaborators.
•  Evaluating existing processes as well as upgrading and adapting to new trends for continuous assurance of efficiency.
• Supporting the faculty members in the process of academic production.
•  Working with different stakeholders and building a strong network of researchers in different areas.

If you meet the following criteria:

• Doctorate Degree in Education, Economics, Computer Sciences, Social
• Sciences and Humanities or other areas that may have an interface with
• Education.
• Substantial academic publication record in high impact journals (SNI level 1 or above for candidates inside Mexico is desirable).
•  Minimum 5 years of work experience in the area of education.
• High level of English proficiency and excellent academic writing skills.
• Sufficient level of Spanish proficiency is desirable
