We are excited to offer a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the area of Social Entrepreneurship, under the mentorship of Distinguished Professor Jill Kickul. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent PhD graduate to develop their research skills, contribute to the field of social entrepreneurship, and prepare for a future career in academia.

Responsibilities:
●    Conducting innovative research on social entrepreneurship and innovation in Mexico and LATAM, including data collection and analysis, writing, and publishing findings.
●    Collaborating with Professor Jill Kickul and other faculty members on existing and new research projects.
●    Participating in the development of grant proposals and research funding applications.
●    Presenting research findings at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
●    Contributing to the academic community at EGADE Business School through engagement in academic events and initiatives.

Qualifications:
●    A completed PhD in Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship or a closely related social science discipline before the fellowship start date.
●    Experience with collecting, handling and analyzing large datasets, demonstrated through prior work such as a dissertation.
●    An excellent academic record and a demonstrated strong work ethic.
●    Outstanding organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
●    A strong enthusiasm for conducting research with a view towards a future academic career in research professorship.
●    Willingness to relocate and live in Mexico City.
●    A working knowledge of Stata is preferred.
