1. What will you do?

As Project Manager, your main challenge is to warrant research and development projects execution in time and form. Coordinates the activities from the start to complete a project (for example, meetings with the client, internal procedures, and others).  Supports the project leader in monitoring and solving the advancement according to the established work plan, deliverables, and funding guidelines.

2. How will you do it?

Your main challenges will be:

• Support the research team to complete projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
• 2. Conduct team meetings to discuss project status and issues.
• 3. Perform day-to-day management of the project team and address any team issues promptly.
• Report project progress, status, and issues regularly (project leader, client, management)
• Enforce research policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the funding guidelines.
• Address project issues and escalate complex issues to management.
• Connect the Project leader with support areas: hiring, legal, operations, finance, communication, and others to ensure the projects' operation in time and form.
• Work with management to prepare project operation programs, budgets, and schedules.
